Please dont call us for support as we can not help you over the phone since we will need to send you a very complicated URL in most cases.
All Spider support is handled thru email at Support@DigitalJukeBox.com.
Send us the program definition file for the program you are having issues with.
1. Be sure that you have set up the program with the url, username and passwords that you may need to login.

6. User Name - If this is an ftp or http page that requiers a username, enter it here. If this is an http page the username and password needs to be a popup dialog box to log in. The reason is the we know the names od the username and password fields when its a dialog box and the only way you can tell the username and password fields when they request the username and password on the actual page is to ready the page source and lots of companies name these fields very differently from other companies. We have included a link to a page called "Getting your program supplier to play fair". This is something you can send to the program suppliers that purposely make it unfairly difficult for you to automate the downloading of your programs. - This is CaSe Sensitive
7. Password - If this is an ftp or http page that requiers a password, enter it here. - This is CaSe Sensitive
8. Passive Mode - Most all FTP sites use Passive Mode so keep this checked. On a rare occasion, you will need Active Mode and you will Uncheck the Passive Mode Box and then you will go into youe firewall and unblock port 20 and 21 on the radiospider.net computer. You may also need to portforward port 20 and 21 in your router for active mode to work.
9. Download To - Tell the spider where to download the files. You will also assign any new file name and if you want to convert it to wav, you would end the file name with .wav
10. Days of the week - You can select Everyday for 7 days a week downloading or simply select the days of the week to use this download item.
11. Hourly - If you check the Hourly box, this means that you want this item to download every hour at the minutes you select.
